Terry Rusch Senior Advisor
Terry Rusch is a Senior Advisor for Surnetics. Few people have as much experience in developing systems for diagnostic testing as Terry does. He has been a key part in many advances in DNA analysis and test methods over the past 20 years. Terry has worked for leading companies and institutions in life science including the Marshfield Clinic, Prevention Genetics, and Douglas Scientific. While at Marshfield Clinic, Terry was a lead inventor on patents related to SNP and INDEL genotyping, and his team successfully increased genotype test throughput by over 10-fold while reducing the cost per genotype from $2.50 to $0.05. He is accomplished in leading up projects in clinical and genetic testing including start up activities in HW, SW, optics, fluorescence scanning, and facilities support.
