In Phase 2, Surnetics integrates our coatings into your customer-defined product and the product is tested in a practical application.  Steps in Phase 2 Development include

1. Refinement of the flow model based on test results
2. Initial lab and pilot scale product runs to produce parts for evaluation.
3. Testing of prototypes to determine if they meet customer performance requirements.
4. Additional testing of materials and coatings to determine if they meet other customer requirements.
5. Recommendation of best manufacturing and coating processes for product based on component materials, chemistry of the coating, and estimated production volumes.
6. Preliminary cost estimates for improved and optimized products.
