Surnetics developed surface energy gradient coatings, patented them, and spent more than ten years making and testing them with industry partners. We now put that experience to work on other companies’ devices.

Engineers who have shipped coated parts.
Most fluidics consultants design around pumps and valves because that’s what they can buy. We design around the surface first. Our coatings have run in diagnostic devices with blood, plasma and reagents, on plastics, metals and glass, and we have taken the coating process from the bench to an automated production system.
That gives clients a short path from idea to a part that works the same way every time. We design it, we build it, and we make sure it can be manufactured.

Measure, then claim
Every flow rate we quote comes off a test rig, on your liquid and your substrate.

Design for the line
We assume from day one that the part has to be molded, coated and inspected at volume.

Fewer parts
If the surface can do the job of a pump or a valve, we take the pump or valve out.
